Redo Policy

Our goal is to always keep our customers happy and pleased with our services. If for any reason there was a miscommunication with a guest and a stylist we will be more than willing to make you happy. We need to hear from you within 7 days of your appointment to fix the issue.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment as a courtesy to our salon and stylists

Loyalty Points

For every dollar you spend it turns into a loyalty point. Every 250 points gives you 5 dollars off a retail purchase.

Level System

Whenever stylists reach certain goals they are promoted to the next level.
