Mission Statement:
As educators, we are dedicated to our vocation while grooming the co stylist to his/her fullest potential. This guidance comes from a place of true sincerity to ensure each stylist will have a lasting, successful career in the industry. We will create a positive educational environment, give opportunities for the associate to expand his/her expectations, and build a foundation for the co stylist to surpass us.
The Theory of our Co Stylist Program:
• To build a salon team of unified stylists whose main focus is to give each guest the ultimate experience and exceedall expectations that our guests have.
• To provide an environment for growth, learning, and support leading to an increased loyalty, sales, and profit.
