Q: What is the genesis Cancellation policy?
A: We require 24 hours notice on any rescheduling or cancellation. Any rescheduling or cancellation within the 24 hour window will result in a 50% charge of the services using the card on file.
Q: What is your Redo Policy?
A: Our goal is to always keep our customers happy and pleased with our services. If for any reason you are not in love with your services we want to fix the issue! On the off chance that you are not happy, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right at no additional cost to you!
Q: What happens if i miss my appointment?
A- No Show, we are sad you missed your appointment . . . since your stylist is unable to fill that spot, we will charge you 50% of the services.
No-show, the second time; we miss you! And our stylists have been waiting . . . 100% of the services will be due.
The first cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, no worries . . . things happen. It’s on us! Any cancellation after that follows the No-Show rules above.
